J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2011
Entretien
After a referral, I was invited for 2-stage interview in the first round. 1st stage was a simple market sizing as well as discussing CV. 2nd stage was a case study that was simplistic enough but still required thought and structure.
For the final round, there are 3 stages. First stage was a case study but a lot tougher (should have been more structured) as well as the second stage. I had the exception of having a market sizing in my second stage. Final stage is a written-case study where you are given a lot of materials (slides, graphs, clippings) with 35 minutes to review and fill in a set of blank slides that are provided. You are then to talk it through a consultant who will listen to what you have to say.
I failed to be "more" structured and not creative enough and as a result, not offered a position. Amazing experience and it was my first - which was a shame because I know with more practise, it gets easier.

Entretien
2 rounds of interviews, each round consisting of 3 interviews with cases. In the first round 2 case interviews and 1 with HR. In the 2nd round you have 3 interviews with more senior profiles like managers and partners.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

Question 1
Please walk me through how you would approach this case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
