J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bain & Company (Boston, MA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
It was very straightforward! Before the interview there were a couple opportunities to network with junior and senior members of the Bain team. After sending in a cover letter and a resume, you were contacted back for an interview within a week. The first round of interviews was held on campus and consisted of two 30 minute interviews. Both interviews started with a small fit portion where they asked personal questions about your experience. They looked for confident genuine answers. Then we jumped into the case itself. This case had less guidance from the interviewer and you were expected to set up your approach, walk the interviewer through this framework, and draw information through logical questions. As you asked questions they pulled out information (graphs and tables) that you would analyze to get more insight into the case. Although this interview was not math intensive the graphs were tricky.
