Entretien
I initially learned about the company through a job posting on my college's career services website. I went to a pre-interview meeting for all first round interviewees and met with several Associate Consultants and two Consultants. The first round interview process consisted of two case interviews given by consultants in my school's career services building. One of the cases followed the standard case interview format while the second interview involved analysis of bar graphs and tables. The final round interview was given by managers and involved two cases with a few behavioral questions from one of the interviewers..

The second case in the final round was particularly difficult and involved analysis of a technology company's revenue streams.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.

2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
