Interview process in total took less than 4 weeks, including call from HR to offer. Initial call with HR, followed by 2 rounds Round 1: To test product fit and culture fit, taken by 2 Product mangers Round 2: Case study round (45 mins)

Initial call with HR to understand my work experience, why changing, and what I am looking for. Later Hr shared information about role, etc Round 1: Questions: Tell me about your previous role? Recent achievements you are proud of ? My contribution to technical discussions? Prioritisation, roadmap and backlog refinement, with some example form my previous work? Stakholder management? How to handle a situation when multiple stakeholders asking features at the same time? Round 2: Case study round This was creatively done with actual acting stakeholders interviews followed by a 45 mins presentation and questionnaire session
