There was 3 round of interview. The first was an Angular test. It was followed by a technical interview and cultural fitness round. Interview lengths were normal from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I really liked all 3 rounds. I myself take interviews, it is a learning for me to improve the interview-taking process.

First a 30 minute call with recruiter who explained about the role, the salary range and gave opportunity for questions. Second a take-home coding test, which took around 2 hours and wasn't too difficult. Third round was an interview with two principal engineers with conceptual questions, discussions and a live-coding test. Last interview was with product manager and members of the project team which focussed more on the business side, how I would make certain decisions and to see if a fit with the team was there. Overall a very pleasant experience with quick reaction times and friendly people. Gave me a positive impression of Backbase
