applying online for the BackBase java developer position, they sent me an online calendar link and scheduling a skype interview.
the recruiter's name was Zeynep and she was a nice person for Turkey.
the interview was cool but I rejected for my age ( i was 21 years olds).

Entretien
The interview with the HR took about 20 minutes, a very pleasant specialist. She told us about the structure of teams on projects, told us about the company and the further recruiting process.
Then we immediately proceeded to the theoretical interview and the code interview. The questions are quite standard. Code review is not trivial. Interviewers for code review are ready to listen to your reasoning on the questions asked.
I have had no interview because I was relocated from the partner organisation. I have worked for Backbase previous 3 yers, so there are was no any reason to have it.
