First round HR screen, second round consisted of two interviews, one behavioral, one more technical (had to discuss business concepts). Third round was a 4 hr virtual simulation which was actually a great learning experience. Everyone was extremely nice and open. Communication was clear and the process took about a month. I ended up signing elsewhere but they were one of my top choices.

test online as first step - followed by interview and case based interview. I didn't proceed after the online tests. Test was based on about 30 questions to be answered in about 20 mins. Need good time management, as it is very difficult to complete the tasks in the given time, though the difficulty level was not too high.
