Pleasant, swift, things moved very quickly and the process was transparent from the get go. Recruiter was kind and professional and answered all my related questions. Interviewers were personable, genuine, and straight forward about what to expect with BTS and with the position. Interviews were conversational in nature and enjoyable. First interview was in depth personality and character related questions, I think they were gauging whether my personality would be a good fit within the company and the team, and if I can pick things up quickly. I think they also wanted to determine whether my communication skills would suit this specific position. Second interview was much more brief and more-so consisted of me asking the questions, though they wanted to know about my sales and branding abilities.
