First was a phone interview, den a interview at the head office followed by another interview at the branch. At the branch i was positive i got the job but they never called me back.i later messaged the recruiter who told me they decided to go with some one from their own branch who went from fulltime to partime. I was told not to worry and they scheduled me for another interview at another branch

Why bmo?, whats does customer service mean to you, do you see yourself growing in bmo, how would you help a customer who comes into branch after selling a home wih a cheque of 50k$ And wants to deposit it?( not asking abt how to validate cheque process rather how yu will try to sell a product to customer)

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
