3 Step process: First by the HR screener, then by hiring manager: director, and lastly by the VP. All were quite casual discussions on my experience, etc. Talked about the role and its challenges

Typical questions. The key one was What's your salary range. This was key because, believe they was to give the offer as long as my input was within their range. Unfortunately, they were under the average for the role.
