The interview process was Fairly lengthy (3 months) since I was applying to an internal consulting group at BMO Financial Group which was formed by former McKinsey & Co, BCG and Frontline teams and supported the Office of the CEO
It’s not difficult, average. There are five rounds in total including excel and knowledge testing and the end of the process, they wanted to add one more round to make decision.
Starts with HR confirming your availability for interview slots. Hiring manager interviews followed by a Department head. The timeline from getting a call to offer can take 3 weeks and then followed by background check
