The first stage was an Online one-way interview. It had 6 video questions and 7 written questions like salary expectations and status in the Country, etc. The difficulty level was as expected; I personally am not a fan of one-way interviews, they are always weird.

There are usually two rounds of interviews in Bank of Montreal. 1. It’s a video round where you record your answer on a video and uploaded usually they give you the time to prepare for your answer and then you have to record yourself and submit it. 2. second round is usually with the branch manager typically they ask you questions.
