2 rounds of interviews. 1st is with two Senior Audit Mangers who were obviously using a checklist through the interview. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I want to work in Audit, what my audit experience was, how I feel about travel requirements what I would do with difficult client, other behavioral questions, etc. 2nd round was with two Directors who were asking a lot about my technical audit skills.

Internal Human Resources then people manager interviews and then director re three levels. Pass each level to get to the next level in the interview process. Similar questions are asked at each stage with specific audit questions asked by the senior manager and director.
