First, there was a One way interview. After that I was emailed to schedule a time for an in-personal interview. After around 2 days, I received an offer letter for the position.

It was smooth, the experience was warm, friendly, and conversational in nature. I had a one sided interview initially, based on that I was shortlisted for a branch role. They didn't grill me, it was mainly a sales job so having sales / front facing experience would help a lot.
