It was very behavioural based, they mostly cared about who I was and why I wanted to join BMO. I would advise to be yourself and passionate about the specific team you are joining

One online Hirevue and one behavioural interview. I was interviewed for multiple roles (ex: shortlisted for one, close but not close enough for another, etc.) before landing one. Overall, just know your resume well and pray

I first did an online video assessment which consisted of 5 questions. Then was invited for a 1v1 interview with manager of the team I was allocated to, the interview was basically only behavioural questions and the manager introducing the team.
