Despite my initial interest in BMO, my experiences during the recruitment process have led me to reconsider. Consistently being "ghosted" at scheduled meetings without any explanation affected my perception of the company's professionalism and respect for candidates' time. It's my belief that better communication is needed to align BMO's recruitment process with the high standards I'm sure the organization upholds.
