The interview process was in a couple of stages. First, it was conducted over the phone, where the employer took the time to know a little more about me and vice-versa. Afterward, I was interviewed in front of a panel of three people.

Phone with recruiter then 2 zoom video calls. Agile coach then hiring manager. Each call about 30 minutes. Nothing too hard or long. Basic questions about scrum and going through history.
