You go through a phone screening/interview with recruiter. If you do well on the phone interview you will be invited for an in person interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager likes you, you will be invited for a second interview with a panel of people who work with the hiring manager. If that interview goes well you are invited for a third interview to interview with regional directors or other specialists within the organization.
