I applied online. HR Coordinator Sent me a digital interview to complete after that they sent me an online Assessment to complete I did that too. Then after three days they emailed me for phone interview of 15 mins.

Phone interview was v simple. Asked me YES or NO questions and then why do u want to work for BMO..long term goals? why did you apply for this position? and then went through my resume and asked why did I leave jobs etc.

First I applied online and then I performed a mock -call center assessment
I was invited for a phone interview. After phone interview I was invited for 1on1 at actual bank location.

Entretien
I got my phone interview last week, and about three days later, I got the face to face interview.
The experience is good and HR was very thoughtful. Be passionate when doing the interview.

The interview process took about 2 weeks. I had an online test/simulation to do before the phone interview. After the phone interview I had an interview in person with HR.
