In-person interview at one of the branches. Straight-forward behavioral questions and an elevator pitch. There were two branch managers who took the interview. The interview process went smoothly and was offered a job within two weeks of interviewing.

It was smooth, the experience was warm, friendly, and conversational in nature. I had a one sided interview initially, based on that I was shortlisted for a branch role. They didn't grill me, it was mainly a sales job so having sales / front facing experience would help a lot.
