Applied through my college's website and received an email requesting a phone interview. The initial screen went well and I asked to come in for an in-person interview with two team members that I would be working closely with. A few days later I was asked to come in for a second interview with an executive level employee. The day before the interview I received a cancellation saying that an old employee decided to come back and that the position had been cancelled. It made me very upset for wasting my time. I applied to several positions at BMO in the past and have had problems hearing back from central recruiting every time! Even though I was able to bypass the central recruiter this time, I still have not had a good experience with this company and will likely not be back.
