It took around 3 weeks a digital online test then a phone interview and on the same day I was asked to come over for a face to face interview.

The questions were mostly behavioural questions,
- tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer
- tell me about a time you have exceeded a customer's expectations
And regular questions, like tell me about yourself

The interview was great, just be ready to answer the questions so prepare yourself before your interview. It takes about 40 minutes. The questions are not difficult. The process for hiring take not too much time to back to you for answer.

Interview was smooth, interactive and customer service based questions were asked. Interviewer was polite and friendly, made me feel comfortable. She also asked if salary package is reasonable and explained the benefits as well

After you apply, you will receive a link for a mock assessment. After that, there is a phone interview for 10 -15 mins. There will be a in person interview as well.
