Brief 15 minute phone interview with recruiter. Followed by an hour long interview in person with two managing directors in the department. Heard back the next next day with an offer from the bank.

Screening process was quick. Followed by a virtual interview with 3 managers. Very quick and easy. Was able to meet some of the direct team members to get a sense of the team dynamic.

I had the opportunity to interview with the hiring manager and team lead, followed by an interview with the manager's manager. The questions I was asked primarily focused on behavioral scenarios, and they were particularly interested in hearing about my previous work experience.
