i had phone interview, face to face and with branch manager. 3 interviews in total, the questions focused on specific investment products and the interviewer expected to know questions that he asked about mortgage and digital banking.

Two stage interview. One phone interview with HR, one in person interview with two branch managers. They ask about your sales and customer service history. Why BMO? etc. It was pretty straight forward. Must complete CSC or IFIC within 6 months of hire.
phone screening interview and then human resource phone behavioral skills interview and in the end branch manager interview. The timing is depending on their need and vary between one week to a month.

Entretien
The whole process took a few months. The pre screening was pretty easy. Then I had another two separate runs with two branch mangers from different branches. The sent me an oral offer at first. After I accepted the written offer, the HR sent me the background check invitation. It was smoothing overall.
