3- Interview; drilling into the persona of the applicant and its fit within the culture of the bank.
4- Offer via email.
5- Meeting to submit signed offer and a walk around the bank to open an account and get things rolling.

The interview was great, just be ready to answer the questions so prepare yourself before your interview. It takes about 40 minutes. The questions are not difficult. The process for hiring take not too much time to back to you for answer.

Interview was smooth, interactive and customer service based questions were asked. Interviewer was polite and friendly, made me feel comfortable. She also asked if salary package is reasonable and explained the benefits as well
