One phone interview and one face to face. They ask you to do a test then you find out in a week or two their decision. Make sure you have things prepared, write down past sales met, if youve have sales targets at previous jobs. Make sure you can talk numbers.

Video round consisted of standard questions on motivation, experience in customer service, how to solve problems with customers.you are given around a minute to prepare and review each of your responses, and can retake 3 times.
