The whole interview took around an hour.
It started with what the role is, what it is like to work at a call centre environment, and then they asked me to introduce myself, talk about my past experience and throw me some behavioral questions.

Entretien
Three round, first digital interview in which they ask you 5 behavior questions. These questions are pretty easy and you can find them almost the same you found here. Second round, they gave me a call to test my language skills and emailed me to schedule a phone interview shortly. You need to complete the online simulation assessment before you process to the phone interview. After that, you then will have a face to face interview.
