Entretien
Phone interview first. Basic customer service related questions asked. Then comes face to face interview. One case study to solve. Behavioral questions asked during face to face interview. Questions related to sales and customer service were much focused on. Overall interview was good. Not much drill down on specifics. Friendly atmosphere with warm welcome and easy going.
The first interview was a call with mostly behavioral questions. A week later I did a video panel interview , did a role play. The interviewers were really friendly and made me feel comfortable. The entire process took less than three weeks

Entretien
Networked, met with manager followed by several interviews with advisor & associated. Offered a position after a week. About 4 interviews total. Interview was not overly technical. They mainly want to see if they can get along with you.

It was pretty straightforward. Basically asked what is a RRSP and a TFSA. They asked why you want to work for this company and why are you leaving your last job.
