Whole interviewing process took about 6 months. First was 30 phone interview with HR personnel followed by microsoft teams meeting with department Project Directors few months after the initial phone interview.

Predictable, by the book, cut and dry. No personality in the interviewers, no interest in the interviewee and how that person may fit in to the group. It set the tone for the job. A team lacking in diversity and unremarkable.
