Started with an HR phone screen. The next round was a chat with the hiring manager. The next round was 1 hour coding interview with an engineer. The next round was another 1 hour coding interview with a different engineer. (LC) I got ghosted after this step... which was 3 rounds of interviews at this point. Overall, pretty negative and disorganized experience. I had 3 different recruiters coordinating with me throughout the process. After each round, it would be a different one talking to me. One of them sent me the wrong zoom link for the HM round which caused the interview to get rescheduled. One of the coding interviews had to be pushed back by 1 week just 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. The interviewers themselves seemed bored and uninterested during the interviews. It seemed like they did not want to be there and just wanted to get the interview over with. I did not get the impression that this would be a fun team environment. After 3 rounds of interviews, I got ghosted which was fitting based on what I saw throughout the process.
