Phone screening with a recruiter follwed by in-person interviews with potential co-workers and the director. I was an employee-referral so I don't know if I skipped a step or not.
Initial phone screen. The interviewer was incredibly cold and it felt like she didn’t want to be doing her job. Made it feel as if she really didn’t want to talk to me and I wondered why she bothered calling. Awful way to set the tone for your company.

I had three interviews, and they didn’t get back to me about the position for three months. The interviewers were friendly, however, I would have appreciated a quicker follow up.
