I originally applied for an internship, I had met with a Director and a Manager at a school event. Once I applied there were two rounds for the interview process. At the time, I was interviewed by the same Director and Manager in two separate calls. We mainly talked about the job duties and the nature of the job. I believe I was given the position right then and there. After completing the internship, I was then offered the full-time position as an associate with no additional interviews.
