Lots of emails back and forth with the recruitment team, followed by long periods of no communication, followed by: could you come for an interview tomorrow (less than 2hr notice).
Having changed my plans, went along, had interview, was promised to get feedback the next day...it's been 2 weeks! This is HR...it tells you a lot about how the organisation operates.

Entretien
A long process, but it allowed the opportunity to get to know the people I would work with and the Ethos in which BDO operates under. The vision and the care for employees were inspiring.
