First was a phone screening - pretty standard tell me about you/your background. Second a week later was a Virtual interview with hiring manager which felt like such a waste of everyone's time as he really was not a fan of my background was not gonna let that go; asked several times "are you sure this is what you want to do?" seemingly wanting me to withdraw mid interview despite what I thought were thoughtful answers and insights. Kept trying to move the interview along but hiring manager clearly was fixated on the same thing. Really felt like if they were so opposed to ALL of my previous experience they could've saved me and themselves the time and just not moved forward. Took about 2.5 weeks after the second interview to be formally rejected.
