Two stage interview with different audit partners with an offer with 2 days. Very quick turnaround from interview to offer.
They was a 30 min case study where you are given a 30minutes to study company financial statements and asked questions in the next 30 minutes. The focus was on understanding the business, identifying significant judgements and estimates and other key audit risks

I applied at Dublin, HR contacted me for 1st round mid April, had 2nd interview with partner on 1st week of May. After this they ghosted me despite follow ups. This was very unprofessional and waste of time and effort
Great process. Wonderful partners. Made it a very comfortable experience. We're very friendly. Explained expectations really well and guided me through the process, when I can expect feedback and process thereafter

2 stage with current department lead and internal recruitment team. Overall pretty standard for the industry and role. Felt listened to and understood throughout. Made easy and answered follow up questions when considering alternative roles
