Application to offer was a 2-week, 2-step process for me:
1. Pre-recorded screening interview with 3 questions; next day received invite for a live video interview scheduled the following week
2. Live video interview with 2 Senior Managers (30 mins each, back to back); received call hours after with job offer

Pre-recorded screening: Why'd you choose to service line? why BDO? and another I can't remember.
Live Interview: mostly general behavioral questions. I was asked to introduce myself and then answered questions about my resume and how my experience relates to the position. Was also asked to give a stressful situation I faced and how I overcame it. The rest of the interview was me asking them questions.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
