The recruiter reached out to schedule an initial phone screening. I was asked basic questions about my current role and the responsibilities I had. I was asked what my desired compensation was, where I saw myself in a few years and why I was leaving my current role. After answering all of the questions asked by the recruiter, I was told about the firm. After this, I asked a few questions which the recruiter wasn’t able to answer. The recruiter had a terrible attitude about the questions I asked which I thought were pretty common questions. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a recruiter during my job search.
3 rounds, one with HR and two technical. One by a manager and the second by the tax director. Questions are always based on your resume and experience shown and the designation you are applying for.
