Discussion with HR to determine whether you are good fit for the role. You will get interviewed by the top level consultants at the second interview. There will be a 3rd interview the top level managers.

Three rounds, one with sr members in the team, one with managers of the team, and the final one with partners. Had great conversations with all of them, however kind of painful dealing with HR. I managed to reach the final round and got the rejection letter the next day. Asked for some detailed feedback (which I personally think it's fair to ask as I personally invested a lot of time in it as well) but NO reply at all..not even something like 'sorry we cannot provide that'...simply ignoring it..
