Smooth and conversational. The recruiter was transparent throughout the process. There were multiple rounds of interviews throughout the process. However, they are mainly behavioral and very few technical questions.

Entretien
Standard procedure, nothing special. The interview included standard questions, followed a clear structure, involved typical discussions about experience and role expectations, and concluded with next steps explained in a straightforward manner.
Standard two rounds of interview, 1 with the working team (direct supervisor) and the other with the HR personnel. Presented a case study to the working team to secure the position eventually.
