Few weeks ago began on Linkedin to set this up took a few weeks to get an interview in Boston. Finally set it up thought they wanted someone like me based on my resume but did not turn out that way.

Very genuine and seemed eager to get the right person for their team. Were flexible with arranging times and locations for interviews and overall would say it was a positive experience.
Rigorous but friendly. Initial 30 minute screening session with normal get to know you questions and screen for comp alignment prior to discussing the overall process. Very well prepared and thoughtful initial screening.

Why are you transitioning to Public Accounting at this time.
Waiting too long and the whole process took like 2 months, in the end didn't get offer. In general it's not a very inspairation process. Hope the company can do better in the future and offer more to its employees
