The hiring process consisted of three interviews including one with HR recruiter, manager and partner.
During the interviews, I found that the interviewers tried to elicit what your qualifications are; inform you how tough the consulting world is; and the challenges that you would face working at CAPCO's customers.
During interview, it was stressed that all associates and consultants are expected to help out building CAPCO's brand. We are expected to volunteer; help with white papers; and prepare proposals.
The partner interview lasted an hour during which time the partner did most of the talking and not many questions were asked.
After receiving an offer, I had to undergo a background check. The background check was painful. I had to give my last 15 years of employment history. The background check was outsourced to an American company called SterlingBackcheck. They were quite lazy in trying to make contact with former employers.
Virtual interviews typically feature two specialized stages: a technical round focused on core skills and a managerial round assessing fit. Both prioritize role-specific questions to evaluate your professional expertise. Position can also be put on hold based on the requirements.

What is the difference between primary key and unique key?
You first have in interview with HR. After that you need to conduct an online test and do another interview with the management team of the department. This will adventually result in an offer or not.

Entretien
Start with phone screen with the Human Resources team, move onto an in-person case interview for 45mins with Senior Consultants, and then finally a 30min call with a Senior Manager on behaviourals.
