Entretien
I applied through a recruitment agency who did the initial interview. I was then referred for final interview with the partner and director. The interview was done in their office. They were very professional and nice.

1. Background of the existing role
2. Information about previous clients handled (technical and soft skills were tested)
Screening call, friendly and nice. Asked about experience and goals, had a light discussion. I was told what the next steps would be but did not get a second interview.

It went really well and the interviewer was very polite. I felt like I was being heard. It was a teams interview and the interviewer arrived early. They asked me questions and answered my wuestions

It was supposed to be a 3 stage interview
First with the HR
Second with a senior manager
Third with a Director or Partner
I only go to the 2nd stage
2nd stage was more of technical question, audit quality and project management
My feedback was that my experience was not sufficient to move to the third stage
