It's a video interview consisting of 9 questions. You have 30s to prepare and 90s to record your response. They do change the questions for each person but questions are similar.

1.) Online Application by filling out forms and answering questions about education history, motivation to apply etc 2.) Online tests (Logical, Numeric) - You get an invitation as an automated message after completing the forms 3.) Person Interview 4.) Assessment Center including a group activity, a written activity (done alone) and a presentation on a pre informed topic. 5.) Interview with a partner
