I had an interview with 2 senior managers. Interview was 30 minutes; 20 minute rapid-fire question period from one of the senior managers and 10 minutes of me asking questions. One of the senior managers asked me no questions, she was just staring at me the whole time (probably to get a sense of my presentation/speaking skills). The other manager was asking me questions and writing down notes at the same time. The questions were pretty standard, all of them were behavioral. I was surprised they didn't ask me the classic "why do you want to work for BDO". I was so prepared for that question and was kinda cheesed when they didn't ask me. They gave very detailed responses to my questions at the end which was really nice of them. They were both very pleasant.

An in person interview was conducted on the university campus by a member of BDO's human resources department. After about two weeks, a phone interview was scheduled with a partner from the firm I applied to.
