Entretien
The interview process was fairly straight-forward and standard. Interviewers included Manager, Senior Manager and Partner who asked a mix of qualitative and technical questions. The interviewers were extremely friendly at all times and also shared detailed insights when asked questions. The interviews were brief and scheduled in quick succession. The final decision was also made and communicated to me promptly.

Entretien
It was a smooth process from scheduling to interviewing.
Recuruiter, technical and Partner interviews were held. Each 30 mins and it was more like a conversation.

Entretien
After submitting resume directly on their website, I received an email within 10 minutes directly from an HR representative to schedule an initial phone interview. Communication via email was not clear with the HR rep, and I ended up missing the call for the initial interview. I returned the call later in the day and did a quick interview with the HR rep. The questions were relatively basic—essentially reviewing the same information that was on my resume regarding past employment.
The HR rep followed up again via email to schedule an interview with the Manager in Reno. Again the email communication was very unclear. I had no information regarding confirmation of time and format of the interview (ie. Zoom, in-person, etc.). After a couple follow up emails (sent by me) I had to postpone the unconfirmed interview due to lack of information. Finally, I received a confirmed interview time and Zoom link. Oddly enough I also received a Word document that contained a script for the HR person to copy and paste into the email to the interviewee. Interview with the Manager was pretty relaxed and conversational. There weren’t any focused questions for me. I did have the ability to ask questions that I had and received fair answers.
The HR rep coordinated a second interview with a Partner in the Las Vegas office. This time communication regarding time and the Zoom link were clear. The interview with the Partner was pretty conversational as well. Most of the questions focused on the gaming industry and my comfort level of working on gaming clients.
The entire process from the entire interview process was about 2 weeks from the time the application was submitted.
