I wasn't completely qualified for this job, just coming out of my undergraduate degree but not the questions and interviewers were incredibly nice and kind. On the questions were I either answered incorrectly or not as they wanted, they supported me in getting the right answer or telling me when I was wrong. It was very comforting, and although I did;n' get the job, I was contacted after for any advice they would give if I ever interviewed for the job again.
