Straight forward, no nonsense competency based interview. A brief phone screening was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager in the Head-office, which was very open, a two-way dialogue, and a very fair and enjoyable interview process. I was also given plenty of info on the role / company, and a very honest assessment of what the job I was interviewing for would be.
