In your first year, you will meet up with other BAT graduates from across the globe for a two-week-long residential course. This is designed to help you in three key areas:

You will also get to meet senior managers and to gain international exposure by working with colleagues across our global business. It’s a great way to learn more about our local and global strategies and to build a useful international network.
