On of the most grueling interviews I have ever had. First I had to complete an assessment consisting in some online games, then followed an interview with an HR representative, then another one with another HR representative and the local team manager After that I had to make another very difficult assessment consisting in and audit of their site, data analysis of provided files etc that took me a few good hours, up to a day. After all of this I had another online interview with anHR, the local manager and another person from the organization (a foreigner) where I had to present my already sent assessment. After waiting for 2 weeks I received a call saying that they thank me for all my efforts but they would like a person that has more experience doing something that nobody asked for in none of the 3 interviews and that I had strong skills in. A 2 month process to receive this answer is inexcusable.
