They sent me to complete Pymetircs first, and then, after I completed the test, one of the recruiters contacted me and asked for my availability for my interview. I first thought it was going to be a Sonru screening call, but it turned out to be the meeting with the recruiter.

I applied online and got an interview invitation within 3 weeks. I was interviewed by 1 Marketing Manager, 1 Marketing Executive and 1 HR Manager. The whole process takes about 20 mins and they ask general questions like "describe yourself" and other questions based on my previous internship experience.
